•  April 10th
  • Support Team set up at the Host Church.( See Support Leader for time)
  • Unit Set up (See Weekend Leader for time)
• April 11th- 13th
  • Inside team meets at the unit each morning. (Gate time 6:15am FRI-SUN) 
  • Support Team meets at the church.  (See Support Leader for times)
• April 13th 
  • Commencement (3:00pm-5:00pm) Gate time 2:30pm
• April 26th 
  • Instructional 4th Day (Gate times 7:30am)

Make a prayer video on your phone. In landscape mode, record a video of family and friends saying, “Gib Lewis Jubilee #9 we are praying for you! "Email this to: jubileeprayervideo@gmail.com. You must include Gib Lewis Unit in the subject line.

Commencement: You do not need to sign up for commencement if you are on the Inside Team or Outside Support Team, as you will be automatically added to the list. However, we encourage you to invite friends and family.

• Entire Jubilee Program Overview (optional) The video provides a comprehensive walk-through of the Jubilee Program. It is beneficial for newcomers to Jubilee who wish to gain a deeper understanding of how their talk, homily, or other assignment integrates with the weekend's overall structure.
• Dance moves (don't laugh, we really do this!) This video is our attempt to show those of you that have never danced to "I'll fly away" or "Pharoah Pharoah" or some of our other dancing activities how to do the moves and enjoy yourself on the weekend! - 2 min
