Inside & Outside Team Information

Team Training Information: (Everyone is expected to attend)

Team Meeting #1: September 20th from 8:30-1:00 at Westbury Baptist located at 10425 Hillcroft St., Houston, TX 77096

Team Meeting #2: October 25th from 8:30-1:0 at Westbury Baptist Church 10425 Hillcroft St., Houston, TX 77096

Dates for the Weekend:

• November 6th: Support Team Set up at the Host Church.
• November 7^th: Unit Setup 10am gate time for those that can help. At the church, we will make the prayer chain, sign bibles.
• November 7^th-9th: Weekend Program ( TBD Fri, 6:30am Sat & Sun gate time) Inside team will meet at the unit each morning. Support team meets at the church. (see outside leader for time)
• November 9th: Commencement (3:00pm-5:00pm) Gate time 2:30pm
• November 15th: Instructional 4th Day (see leader for gate times)

Host Church: St. John’s United Methodist Church, 8200 25th Ave. N., Texas City

Commencement: You do NOT need to sign up for commencement if you are on the Inside Team or Outside Support Team (you will be automatically added to the list) but we encourage you to invite friends and family.
